Vendor Information

Amateur and professional chefs can compete for fun, plaques, and BBQ Glory in this mouth watering and exciting BBQ Competition at The PAL Blues Festival and BBQ Competition July 28 from 11-8pm, happening in Downtown Redwood City. Space is also available for business vendors to display their business or sell products.

Deadline for entry is July 1

Plaques will be awarded for the best BBQ in the categories of beef, pork, fish and other meats. Professional and amateur chefs, or teams of chefs are welcome to participate and sell their BBQ to the public. The festival-goers will be able to select their favorite by casting their vote for the “people's choice award.”. A qualified panel of judges will judge entries equally based on the following criteria: appearance, taste and tenderness. The public will purchase tickets with which they can purchase BBQ from the chefs, which will include delicious offerings such as barbecued ribs, tri-tip, chicken, salmon, corn, fish and more! Space is limited, first come, first serve. Please print & fill out all forms under your category and mail them along with a check to the address on the form.
